About

AgentStack Review compares the software real estate agents actually pay for: CRMs, lead platforms and the tools bolted onto them. We publish what each one costs, what it genuinely does, and who it is built for.

Why this site exists

Most “best real estate CRM” pages are affiliate pages. The ranking follows the commission, not the product. That is why so many of them list the same five tools in the same order, and why so few of them tell you that a vendor refuses to publish its prices.

We take no money from any vendor listed here. There are no affiliate links, no sponsored placements and no paid rankings. The site is funded by display advertising, which pays the same regardless of which platform you end up choosing. That is the whole point: nothing we earn changes based on your decision.

How we research

Every figure on this site comes from a primary source, and we say which:

  • Pricing comes from the vendor’s own published pricing page. Where a vendor does not publish prices, we write “contact sales” rather than repeating a number from a third-party blog. Several widely-circulated figures for the platforms in this category cannot be traced to any vendor source, and we do not reprint them.
  • Features come from vendor documentation and product pages. Where we cannot confirm whether a feature is included at a given tier, we write that we could not confirm it, instead of guessing a yes or no.
  • Ratings are the aggregate scores published by G2 and Capterra, always shown with the review count. A 3.6 from fifteen reviews and a 4.4 from five hundred are not the same claim, and showing a score without its sample size misleads people.
  • Product status matters as much as features. When a platform is being wound down or merged, we say so on the page, because that is usually the single most important fact for someone about to sign a contract.

What we will not do

We do not invent review quotes, fabricate user counts, or present estimates as verified figures. If a fact is unverified, the page says it is unverified. We would rather publish a gap than fill it with something that sounds authoritative and is not true.

Corrections

Software pricing changes constantly and we will get things wrong. If you spot an error, or you are a vendor whose pricing has changed, tell us and we will correct it and note the date.

Not advice

Everything here is information about software products, not business or financial advice. Which tools are right for your business depends on your market, your team and your budget, and that is your call to make.
