AgentStack Review is an independent software comparison website published at agentstackreview.com. You can reach us at contactominimabsn@gmail.com.
What we collect
We do not ask you to create an account and we do not sell anything, so we collect very little directly. What is collected falls into two groups:
- Information you send us. If you email us, we hold your email address and message for as long as it takes to deal with it.
- Technical and usage data. Like most websites, ours records standard technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and referring site. This is used to understand how the site is used and to serve advertising.
Cookies and advertising
This site uses cookies and similar technologies for two purposes: to measure traffic, and to serve advertising.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, and Google AdSense to display advertising. Google and its partners may use cookies and device identifiers to show ads based on your previous visits to this and other websites.
You can control how Google personalises the ads you see at myadcenter.google.com, and you can opt out of personalised advertising from participating vendors at optout.aboutads.info.
Where required by law, we ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies, and you can change or withdraw that consent at any time using the cookie settings link on this site.
Legal basis and your rights
If you are in the UK or the European Economic Area, our legal basis for analytics and advertising cookies is your consent, and our basis for handling email you send us is our legitimate interest in replying to you.
You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email us and we will action it. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority: in the UK that is the Information Commissioner’s Office.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell personal information. You can limit advertising-related sharing through the cookie settings link on this site.
Who else sees your data
We do not sell your data. It is handled by the providers who run this site and its advertising: our web host, Google Analytics and Google AdSense. Some of these providers process data outside your country, under the safeguards their own terms describe.
How long we keep it
Email correspondence is kept as long as needed to handle your query. Analytics and advertising data is retained according to the retention periods set by each provider.
Children
This site is aimed at real estate professionals. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
