We checked the pricing page of every major real estate CRM platform in September 2026. Five publish a real number. Six do not.
Who publishes a price
- IXACT Contact — $46.75/mo billed annually, $55 monthly. Team members $28.90. Setup fee only on the IDX add-on ($69).
- Wise Agent — $49/mo flat for up to five people. No setup fee.
- Follow Up Boss — $69/user/mo, plus Pro at $499/mo (10 users) and Platform at $1,000/mo (30 users). Add-on costs listed too.
- Top Producer — $179/user/mo, plus flat team bundles at $399, $699 and $1,199/mo.
- Sierra Interactive — $299.95/mo for one user annually, up to $599.95 for five. It even publishes the setup fee: $0 annually, $500 if billed monthly.
- Real Geeks — $399/mo including two users, plus a $500 setup fee, plus $10/mo per MLS feed, with every lead package priced.
Sierra and Real Geeks are the standouts, because publishing setup fees and per-seat bands is unusual even among vendors that show a base price.
Who does not
- BoldTrail — contact sales. Its own blog confirms there is no standard pricing page.
- BoomTown — contact sales. Four named packages, no prices.
- Lofty — contact sales. Four tiers, all with a “request pricing” button.
- CINC — contact sales for the base platform, though it does publish add-on costs ($200/mo for CINC AI, $75/mo for a 3-line dialer).
- Realvolve — no prices anywhere on its site. It confirms a sign-up fee exists without saying how much.
The pattern behind the split
Look at what the two groups have in common. Almost every platform that hides its price also sells you leads or runs your ad spend: Lofty, CINC and BoomTown all do. Almost every platform that publishes a price is selling you software and nothing else: Wise Agent, IXACT, Follow Up Boss.
That is not a coincidence. When the deal includes an ad budget, the “price” genuinely varies per customer, and a single number would be misleading. But it also means the sales conversation, not the pricing page, is where the cost gets set, and that is structurally worse for you as a buyer.
The stale-figure problem
Search any of the opaque platforms and you will find blog posts quoting confident monthly figures. We checked a number of them. Most cannot be traced to any vendor source, several contradict each other, and some are years old. Even the big review directories carry stale numbers: Capterra currently lists Top Producer at $129/user/mo when the vendor’s own page says $179.
This is why every page on this site says “contact sales” rather than inventing a figure. It reads worse. It is the only accurate thing to write.
What to ask when there is no published price
- What is the total first-year cost, including onboarding or setup fees?
- How long is the contract and what happens if we leave early?
- Is this per agent, per seat, or flat, and what changes when we add people?
- What is not included at this tier that we would reasonably expect to be?
- Is this product being merged into another one, and on what timeline?
