A power dialer is the difference between calling 40 leads an hour and calling 12. For a team working internet leads, it is often the feature that decides the platform. It is also one of the most commonly mispriced items in this category, because “has a dialer” and “includes a dialer” are not the same claim.
Dialers that are genuinely included
Wise Agent — built-in power dialer, inside the $49/mo flat plan covering up to five users. On price per calling seat, nothing else here is close.
Sierra Interactive — built in, with call lists. Sierra’s dialer is designed around working a queue rather than dialing one record at a time, which is what makes it usable for a team on a lead-follow-up shift.
Real Geeks — the Real Geeks Dialer, included with the platform.
Dialers that cost extra
Follow Up Boss — a paid add-on on the Grow plan at $39/user/mo. That is on top of $69/user/mo, so a real calling seat on Follow Up Boss is $108/user/mo. For a five-agent team that is $6,480 a year, which is worth doing on paper before the demo rather than after.
CINC — $75/mo for three lines. Priced per line rather than per user, which is unusual and works out well if a small number of people do most of the calling.
Lofty — listed as an optional paid upgrade; the price is not published.
No dialer
IXACT Contact and Realvolve do not offer one. Top Producer does not advertise one. BoldTrail and BoomTown do not confirm a dialer on their current public pages — which is not the same as not having one, and is a direct question for a demo call.

What the sticker price hides
Three costs routinely appear after the decision has been made.
Telephony minutes. Several platforms bill calling minutes separately from the dialer seat. Ask what a month of normal use costs, not what the seat costs.
Number reputation. High-volume dialing gets numbers flagged as spam by carriers, and once a number is flagged your answer rate collapses. Ask whether the platform rotates numbers or monitors reputation, because replacing burned numbers is an ongoing cost of doing this at volume.
Compliance. Dialing at volume in the US means the TCPA, the national and state Do Not Call registries, calling-hour rules and consent records. Whether the platform scrubs against DNC lists and stores consent is a functional question with legal consequences. This is not legal advice — if you are dialing at scale, get a professional opinion on your own setup.
Which platform fits which team
Solo agent, moderate volume: Wise Agent. The dialer is included, the plan is $49 flat, and there is a 14-day free trial with no card required to confirm it works for you.
Team working internet leads hard: Sierra Interactive or Real Geeks, where the dialer is included and built around call queues rather than added on per seat.
Team already committed to Follow Up Boss: the add-on is good, but budget $108/user/mo and compare that against Sierra with the dialer included before renewing.
Frequently asked questions
Which real estate CRM has the cheapest built-in dialer? Wise Agent, included in a $49/mo flat plan for up to five users.
How much is the Follow Up Boss dialer? $39/user/mo as an add-on to the Grow plan, on top of $69/user/mo.
Is a power dialer worth it for a solo agent? It depends entirely on whether you work internet leads. If your business is referral and sphere, a dialer sits unused. If you buy leads, it is usually the first thing that pays for itself.
Dialer availability and pricing were taken from each vendor’s own pages; where a vendor does not confirm something publicly, this page says so. Compare any two platforms side by side.
